Welcome!

This site seeks to foster trans community in New York State by offering a virtual space to share and discuss resources and experiences. Trans community needs resources created for and by the community and this site hopes to be one of those resources.

Please keep all resources focused on the trans community and when posting experiences or opinions remember to speak only from your own experience. All non-trans related posts will be removed, and complaints can be sent to info (at) nytransresources.org.

Feel free to add to an existing page, or to create your own. Remember, you can post pictures, video, and writing, so feel free to share your creative work as well. Our own lives and creativity are one of the most powerful resources we can share with each other. Of course, if you have a physical space or a service / service provider you know about please post it and write a little blurb about how it benefits the community.

As this is a public space, please no posts containing nudity, or any posts soliciting for sex. As this space is welcoming to many different people, posts about sex are quite different than solicitations for sex. Any posts that contain sexually explicit content should be labeled as such, for example, an erotica story. Just keep in mind that this is an all-ages site and go from there.

This should go without saying, but I’ll say it anyways. Please, no attacks on individual members and keep discussions positive. Any members who are persistently negative, nasty (in the bad sense of term), or found attacking other members work will be removed from the site.

Again, let’s keep this a space where people can be free to express themselves and learn in a positive environment. Any questions can be emailed to info (at) nytransresources.org.
